Hello! Thank you for considering Monica Mendoza Photography to be part of the most important day in your lives. I am your storyteller, I will capture your wedding day as it happens. You will barely notice I am there, but you and your family will cherish the images we create together, forever. Handcrafted Albums are the perfect way to remember your wedding day

There is so much to be said for the experience of photos in their original, authentic form… print. Give your photos life beyond the hard drive and bring them back to the tangible form they deserve! Let’s work together to pick out your favorite moments from your wedding day to create a custom wedding album and physically seal these memories in time.

DUPLICATE PARENT ALBUMS

8X8 album w/15 Spreads

The design process begins with a conversation about your favorite memories from your wedding day. I will pre-design your album for the initial draft, but you’re in full control during the revision process. Each album is designed to tell the full story of your wedding day; from start to finish.

Albums are available in either 10×10 Fine Art Photo Book or 10×10 flush mount albums. Each album comes with 15 spreads and an option of linen covers or a leather cover. Additional spreads may be purchased for 100/spread. You will also have the option to upgrade your album to a larger size and add custom features.

FLUSH MOUNT ALBUMS are printed on thick, durable pages that lay flat for viewing and displaying. The weight of the pages combined with lustre photo paper and are a little more traditional.

FINE ART PHOTO BOOKS are my personal favorite. They’re hardcover albums which are lighter in feel. They are printed on gorgeous felt matte paper with invisible binding for full spread, flat image viewing. The thinner pages have flexibility, but are resistant to tearing or dog-earing. The printing is most similar to the professional prints available to order from your online gallery.

Engagement Sessions

Engagement sessions are so much FUN and there are the best way for us get to know each other and get in front of the camera before the big day! It is very important for me to get to know you, learn as much as possible about you as a couple and your vision for your wedding day!

For most people, the engagement session is also practice for wedding day photos – really, it helps a ton during the posed portion of the wedding day portraits go quicker and smoother if we’ve already got a practice run in.

Getting married is such an EXCITING time in your life and this session is the perfect way to document it, and learn more about my style and to get comfortable in front of my camera. It’s the perfect way to see yourself in photos and know that on a busy wedding day, we’ve got this down to a science because we’ve already worked together.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get our images?

Online galleries and digital files are ready within 10 weeks of the wedding date. They will be uploaded to a beautiful onliine gallery with sharing, downloading and printing rights.

How many images will we get?

The number of photographs taken depends on many things – the number of guests, hours of coverage, types of events. F number of guests, hours of coverage, types of events. From a typical 10 hour wedding you should expect no less then 600 images, but usually the number is much higher.

Do you come to the rehearsal?

Rehearsal dinner coverage is available if you’d like to add it to your collection, otherwise we do not attend the rehearsals.

Can you hold the date for me?

Sorry, unfortunately we can not hold the date or pencil you in. To be fair to everyone we can’t “hold” a date without a retainer and a signed contract.

Do you refund deposits on cancellations?

No. The retainer fee is non-refundable. The retainer guarantees that we will hold the date exclusively for you and once you’ve signed the contract we do turn down all other commissions for that date.
